American Industrial Partners acquires Armstrong Flooring\'s wood flooring business, creating AHF Products, LLC.

Acquisition of LM Flooring® enabled entrance into higher value sliced and sawn-face engineered products.

AHF enters the commercial segment through launch of the Hartco® Contract brand.
